The Michigan State Police Troopers Association, through its political partnerships with other law enforcement organizations, monitors pending legislative issues and bills that directly affect the working conditions and quality of life for our members, as well as the law enforcement community. Depending on the impact to our membership, the Troopers Association will support, oppose, or take a neutral position on specific legislation. The Troopers Association also offers advice and assistance to individual legislators when asked about specific legislation, which may impact our membership or the law enforcement community.
