Formed
on October 25, 1985, the Michigan State Troopers Foundation is recognized by
the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The purpose
of the Troopers Foundation is to assist law enforcement organizations by lessening
the burdens of government through the offering of reward monies to assist in
the solving of crimes and the arrest and conviction of persons engaged in criminal
activity or who have committed criminal acts against members of the law enforcement
community or their families.
