State Rep. Mike Harris, R-Waterford, who served 26 years in local law enforcement, on Monday issued the following statement after state police officers overwhelmingly expressed a lack of confidence in Col. James F. Grady II, the Department of State Police director, and Lt. Col. Aimee Brimacombe, the department’s chief deputy director.
